Registration will take place at Lassiter on July 18th.

Parents MUST accompany their student to Check In.

If a family has one or more students in the band, they can register all students with the older student.

Camp Schedule

Sunday, July 18

4:00 – 6:30 pm Camp check-in at Lassiter– Parents must be present at check=om
  Leadership 4:00 check in
  Seniors 4:20 check in
  Juniors 4:45 check in
  Sophomores 5:20 check in
  Freshmen 5:45 check in
   
 

Students & Parents can leave after they have completed their Camp
Registration (including Camp registration and payment, Chaperone/Band Form completion, drink drop-off, volunteer sign-ups, Fall Fundraiser completion, Uniform accessories orders, etc.).

* Light Breakfast includes items such as poptarts or a breakfast bar.  Students are encouraged to eat at home prior to coming to camp.

Note:  Vegetarian meals will be available at all provided meals for those students who are documented with hospitality as vegetarian.  Students without the required documentation will not be guaranteed a vegetarian meal.  Please be sure that docs are on file with the Hospitality committee.

Times are subject to change as weather conditions change. Your Student will be advised of any changes on a daily bases, if any are made by the Directors. These changes do not necessarily get updated here, so during Band Camp please check daily with your student on any schedule changes.

Band Camp forms must be completed each year as last years forms are destroyed. Please download all forms located to the left and fill out completely. Turn all completed forms into the LBBA Chaperones on or before the first day of Rookie Camp if you are an incoming Freshman or first day of Band Camp for all others.

Don’t forget to include a copy of your insurance card.

This year we have included a short Instruction and Explanation of the Band Camp Forms. You can view or download it by clicking here.

Forms can only be opened and printed with Adobe Reader. This is a free application distributed by Adobe and can be downloaded from their web site by clicking on the Adobe Logo to the left. For you Freshman, LBBA and the Band use Adobe formatted documents for most of their online forms and documents,so you will need this application for the future.
